“Easy to find, robust system if you need a parking slot in the underground garage: leave your car at a short-term parking first, check-in, pay for the garage, park the car. Super friendly and professional reception staff. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, well arranged bathroom. Nice breakfast, wide selection of food and drinks. Diamond status recognized. “My stay at Hampton by Hilton was truly excellent. From the very first moment, I felt that I was in a place that combines comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and carefully maintained down to the smallest detail. However, what truly makes a hotel special is not only the beautiful rooms, but the people who work there. I would especially like to mention two wonderful employees, Niki and Francesca . They were extremely professional, always in the best mood, and greeted everyone with a sincere smile. They made not only me, but also the other guests feel very comfortable, welcome, and at home. Their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help show that the true value of a hotel lies in its people. Niki and Francesca are definitely one of the greatest assets of Hampton by Hilton. “This is my second time staying at this location. And let's just say I the next time I travel to Berlin I will be staying here. It's really easy to get to with public transit. On my second stay the where so friendly and nice. They gave us some ideas of places to see. And they even said Happy Birthday to a friend of ours in German. It was a great stay.”

“Hampton Inn was founded in 1984 in Memphis, Tennessee, home of Elvis Presley. And recently they opened a new location near Babelsberg Studios, that figures. The rooms are standardized, small and boxy unless you take an “02” corner room, that is nice and spacious. But also the end number “48” disabled rooms tend to be spacious. The service is very nice and friendly, and they do their best to meet all needs. The air conditioning is not state of the art, but bearable, whereas I still prefer the original Willis Carrier system, inventor of AC. Elvis would’ve certainly enjoyed the amenities at this late offspring of the original Hampton Inn. A stocked mini bar would’ve been a clincher and luggage racks are a hard find. My petpeeve were the 15€ hidden cost for parking, this should be waived at least for staunch Diamond Elite guests. Better relief than the welcome drink, redundant in comparison. You need to pamper Diamond members differently.”

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton by Hilton Potsdam Babelsberg for an FC Bayern game, and International NFL game. My experience was nothing short of exceptional. The Room & Comfort My room was beautifully maintained, clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was perfect for a restful night’s sleep, and the space felt thoughtfully designed with everything I needed. It struck that ideal balance between cozy and functional, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Location & Surroundings Situated in a lovely, vibrant area, the hotel is just close enough to many attractions, shops, and dining options. Whether you want to stroll through the neighborhood, hop on public transportation, or grab a bite, everything is conveniently within 5-10 min. It made getting around effortless and enjoyable as I had a rental car. Breakfast Experience Breakfast at the hotel was great. The selection was fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of options to satisfy different tastes. It was the perfect way to start each morning, and the dining area was well-kept and inviting. Exceptional Staff Truly Above and Beyond What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, creating a warm and positive atmosphere throughout my stay. I want to give special recognition to Niki, who was incredibly kind and went far beyond what I could have expected. Her genuine helpfulness and caring attitude made a meaningful difference during my visit. She consistently exceeded expectations with both her professionalism and her personal warmth. I also want to acknowledge Kai, who was just as friendly and delightful. Kai’s upbeat attitude and excellent service added to the overall experience and left a lasting impression.”
